Job Summary
We are seeking an Warehouse Manager to join our team. You will oversee all warehouse operations and ensure receiving, distribution, and storage all run smoothly and efficiently. Responsibilities include ensuring that inventory is organized, orders are processed accurately. The ideal candidate is highly organized and has experience in warehouse operations or logistics. 

Responsibilities 

• Oversee the day-to-day operations of the warehouse
• Communicate with vendors, employees, and company leadership to ensure all areas of the company are working together cohesively
• Maintain Inventory control so when stock is low, supply order can be placed.
• Overseeing receiving, warehousing, distribution, and maintenance operations
• Review technician orders with warehouse inventory before ordering 
• Tag and Label Equipment as it arrives.
• Have next day’s jobs equipment and supplies pulled and staged for crews.
• Prepare truck replenishment as needed.
• Keep warehouse clean and organized, breakdown all equipment for garbage or recycling.
• Place orders for ductwork and pick up when needed.
• Arrive 30 mins prior to crews’ arrival.
• Ability and willingness to work non-standard schedule: nights, weekends and holidays as/if required.   

Qualifications

• Proven ability to implement process improvement initiatives.
• Strong knowledge of warehousing
• Possesses effective verbal and written communication skills
• Problem-solving and customer service skills
• Must have honest and dependable personality.
• Ability to lift items weighing up to 50 lbs safety. 
• Ability to climb, stoop, balance, crouch, crawl, or/and kneel continually
