Assistant Lobby Manager

Triad Bank is hiring an Assistant Lobby Manager to work in coordination with the Lobby Manager(s) to keep day-to-day lobby execution consistent, compliant, and customer-focused. Throughout the day, you’ll stay visible on the floor—checking in with customers, supporting teammates in real time, and stepping in when a situation needs calm, clear direction. You’ll balance pace with precision, keeping an eye on transaction flow and documentation details while maintaining a professional, welcoming atmosphere. Midday often includes quick touchpoints with branch leadership and short coaching conversations to keep service consistent.
