Remote Founding PMHNP for LGBTQ+ Mental Health

ALLS WELL

Allswell is seeking a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner to join our fully remote team on a part-time basis (20 hours/week) in Maryland. You will be the first PMHNP, building the medication management practice from the ground up and integrating prescribing with therapy for LGBTQIA+-affirming care.

You’ll report to clinical leadership, shape SOPs, and collaborate with therapists to deliver trauma-informed care in a flexible, telehealth setting.
