We offer our team members steady hours, flexible schedules and growth opportunities.WE OFFER OUR Deli COOKS:Flexible SchedulesDiscounted Meal Program – including cateringTraining & Career Growth OpportunitiesREQUIREMENTS:High school diploma or equivalent experience in a restaurant or related fieldFlexible and long hours required at timesApproach all encounters with Guests in a friendly, socially distanced and service-oriented mannerContinuously clean high touch points throughout the kitchenMaintain regular schedule in compliance with TooJay's business levels which may vary based on the needs of the restaurant and check list protocols per Covid-19 standards of cleanlinessMaintain high standards of personal grooming, including wearing proper uniform and facial mask and gloves when/where if required and as regulatedAbility to stand during entire shift, exerting up to 50 pounds as neededMust be able to maneuver safely throughout the walk-ins and kitchen during the shiftAble to handle and operate safely: microwave, knives, steam table, gas range, convection ovens, meat/bread slicers, check printer, kitchen display system, scales, automatic dishwasher and all chemical solvents.
