• Monday – Friday

• 6:00 AM – 2:00 PM

• Overtime and weekend work available as business needs require.

What You'll Do

As a Maintenance Electrician , you'll play a critical role in keeping production equipment operating safely and efficiently. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Perform preventive maintenance and repairs on industrial mechanical and electrical equipment.

• Troubleshoot and repair motors, motor control centers, drives, conveyors, pneumatic, hydraulic, and mechanical systems.

• Conduct equipment inspections, overhauls, and modifications to minimize downtime.

• Perform basic machine shop work including grinding, drilling, welding, machining, and metal fabrication.

• Diagnose electrical issues using volt-ohm-amp meters and other testing equipment.

• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, technical manuals, and drawings.

• Assist with continuous improvement initiatives to enhance equipment reliability and plant efficiency.

• Participate in rotating on-call coverage for emergency maintenance as needed.

• Follow all plant safety procedures and wear required PPE while working in a manufacturing environment.

What We're Looking For

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.

• 1–2 years of industrial maintenance or equipment repair experience (manufacturing experience preferred).

• Basic knowledge of electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and mechanical systems.

• Ability to troubleshoot industrial equipment safely and efficiently.

• Experience using hand tools, power tools, testing equipment, and precision measuring instruments.

• Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical documentation.

• Willingness to work overtime, weekends, and holidays when needed.

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and work in a non-climate-controlled industrial environment.

• Must be able to wear required PPE, including respirators when necessary.

• Must be eligible to work in an ITAR-compliant environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in a steel processing, metals, or heavy manufacturing environment.

• Basic PLC troubleshooting knowledge.

• Experience operating forklifts, scissor lifts, loaders, or similar industrial equipment.

• Licensed Electrician credentials are a plus, but qualified unlicensed candidates are encouraged to apply.

Pay Details: $48.00 per hour
