They are looking for a Recruiter to join their team and manage full-cycle recruiting across a diverse range of positions.This is a great opportunity for a recruiter who enjoys variety and wants exposure to everything from entry-level and hourly positions through professional, managerial, and director-level roles. The ideal candidate is organized, resourceful, and comfortable working independently while partnering closely with hiring managers and leadership.What You'll DoManage the full-cycle recruiting process from sourcing through offer and onboardingRecruit for a diverse range of positions, including hourly, corporate, professional, and management-level rolesSource candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, networking, referrals, and other recruiting channelsPartner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs, qualifications, and team dynamicsDevelop and maintain strong candidate pipelines for current and future openingsConduct candidate screens and interviews and provide recommendations to hiring managersCreate and maintain job postings across various platformsCoordinate interviews and maintain consistent communication with candidates throughout the processMaintain accurate candidate information and recruiting activity in the ATS and spreadsheetsTrack recruiting activity, candidate pipelines, and hiring metricsSupport recruiting needs across multiple business entities and locationsProvide a positive and professional candidate experienceAssist with recruiting events, job fairs, and other talent acquisition initiatives as neededWhat We're Looking For2–3+ years of recruiting experience; flexibility for a standout candidate with less experienceExperience recruiting for a variety of position levels, from entry-level/hourly through professional and management roles in construction, manufacturing or similar industriesStrong sourcing and candidate engagement skillsAbility to manage multiple open positions and competing prioritiesExcellent communication and relationship-building skillsHighly organized with strong attention to detailComfortable working independently in a remote environment while collaborating with an onsite teamExperience using an ATS and other recruiting toolsMust be eligible to work in the United States; sponsorship is not availablePreferred SkillsBilingual in English and Spanish is a strong plusExperience recruiting within construction, manufacturing, warehouse, industrial, or other blue-collar environmentsExperience recruiting across multiple locations or business entitiesExperience with high-volume recruitingExperience with Paycor or similar ATS platformsAddison Group is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
