Shipping and Refurbishment Coordinator I

This position is responsible for cleaning and repairing used rental equipment, including packaging and shipping of devices for order fulfillment. Responsibilities Cleans and inspects returned devices. Ensures device functionality and meets quality specifications. Verifies battery life vitality via burn-in process. Ensures all equipment that is collected, cleaned, and reflected in inventory. Scans device accurately into medical practice management software (i.e., Rivet). Follows proper procedures for devices that are returned. Meets daily and team goals. Completes accurate and timely documentation per established guidelines. Resolves problems by clarifying issues, researching and exploring alternative solutions, and implementing solutions or escalating unresolved matters. Abides by Compliance Department standards for documentation. Maintains order process via shipping queue. Ensures products are shipped out according to company standards and shipping schedule. Logs into shipping phone queue to answer internal communications regarding shipping. Informs Shipping & Refurbishment Lead of inventory needs. Packages devices properly for shipment including required device documentation. Maintains company quality assurance standards. Maintains access to, and security of, highly sensitive materials. Refers client complaints to appropriate persons. Maintains protocol information supplied from reference materials, memos, and training sessions. Participates in other projects or duties as assigned. Qualifications High School Diploma required. Zero (0) plus years of experience. Equivalent combination of education and/or experience acceptable. Ability to work flexible hours and overtime when needed. Self-motivation and ability to work independently and with teams. Proficiency in Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint. Excellent oral and written communication skills. Proficient in managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
