Experience:

Supervising: 2 year (Preferred)

Aquatics: 1 year (Required)

Job Qualifications and Skills:

Reputable leadership and supervising experience

Strong work ethic

Excellent communication and organizational skills

Ability to work with children

High energy

Must pass background examinations prior to training

Primary Responsibilities:

Oversee the swim lessons and aquatics team on shift

Coach to provide extraordinary lessons

Oversee the aquatics systems

Uphold the Aquatics Values and Standards

Ensure student progress and satisfaction

Pay: $18.50 - $19.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 – 30 per week
