Position Overview

Helps manage freight routing activity, shipment visibility, and dispatch coordination across daily transportation operations.

Responsibilities

Monitor route movement and shipment timing
Update routing records accurately
Coordinate schedule changes with operations teams
Review delayed loads for follow-up
Maintain organized dispatch documentation
Communicate load status changes
Support workflow consistency

Qualifications

Communication skills
Computer literacy
Strong organization habits
Attention to detail
Ability to work independently
Experience is optional

Work Environment

Professional transportation workflow environment centered on shipment tracking and route coordination.
