Fuel & Lube Truck Driver (CDL)

Chatham, VA | $25–$35/hr | Monday–Friday | No Nights or Weekends

We're hiring a Fuel & Lube Truck Driver to support heavy construction equipment at local job sites. This is a hands-on position for someone who doesn't mind getting dirty and understands that keeping equipment fueled and serviced is what keeps the job moving.

You'll leave from our Chatham location each morning, travel to nearby job sites (typically within an hour), fuel equipment, grease machines, top off hydraulic and engine oils, and return to the shop at the end of the day.

What You'll Do

• Drive a fuel & lube truck to local construction job sites
• Fuel heavy equipment with diesel
• Grease and lubricate excavators, dozers, loaders, and other equipment
• Refill hydraulic oil, engine oil, and other fluids
• Perform daily truck inspections and maintain a clean, organized service truck
• Work safely around active construction equipment

What We're Looking For

• CDL Class A with Tanker & Hazmat endorsements OR CDL Class B with X endorsement
• Manual transmission experience required (no automatic restriction)
• Willing to work outside in all weather conditions
• Comfortable climbing on and around heavy equipment
• Dependable with a strong work ethic
• Construction, heavy equipment, fuel truck, or lubrication experience is a plus

Pay & Schedule

• $25–$35 per hour (based on experience)
• Guaranteed full-time schedule
• Monday–Friday
• 6:00 AM – approximately 2:00 PM (occasionally until 3:00 PM)
• Overtime available when needed
• Home every day
• No nights
• No weekends
