Job Summary Twelve is seeking an organized, detail-oriented Production Intern to gain hands-on experience supporting the operational delivery of merchandising programs and key client accounts. Working closely with the Production Manager and cross-functional partners, the intern will assist with purchase order records, production trackers, supplier follow-up, sample coordination, compliance documentation, logistics support, and status updates from brief through delivery. This internship is ideal for someone eager to understand how creative product ideas move through production and become finished, client-ready programs. Key Responsibilities Project & Account Support Maintain project trackers, account documents, purchase order records, meeting notes, and client-specific process documentation. Gather updates from suppliers and internal teams to support clear, accurate client and internal status reports. Track open actions and flag missing information, delays, or changes to the manager for guidance. Production & Critical Path Support Assist with purchase order conversion and supplier handoff after requirements, pricing, and timelines have been reviewed and approved. Follow up with suppliers and factories on production status, estimated completion dates, sample progress, and upcoming milestones. Update critical path documents across sampling, approvals, production, QA/QC, compliance, shipping readiness, and invoicing. Samples, Quality & Documentation Support pre-production sample coordination by tracking submissions, approvals, revisions, dispatch details, and follow-up actions. Organize sample records, production photos, feedback, approvals, range boards, project folders, and other supporting documentation. Help confirm files are complete, accurate, and easy for the team to reference throughout the project lifecycle. What You Will Learn How merchandising programs move from creative brief through sourcing, production, quality review, logistics, and delivery. How production teams use critical paths, purchase orders, samples, and compliance documents to manage risk and keep work on schedule. How to communicate effectively with suppliers, factories, and cross-functional partners in a fast-paced, client-facing environment. Qualifications Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in production, supply chain, operations, merchandising, business, or a related field. Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage details, documents, timelines, and follow-ups across multiple projects. Clear written and verbal communication skills, with confidence asking questions and seeking clarification when needed. High attention to detail and accuracy when working with quantities, dates, costs, and documentation. Working knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel; experience with NetSuite, client portals, or project management tools is a plus. A proactive, solutions-focused mindset and a genuine interest in production, supply chain, merchandising, or client operations.
