Join Home Instead a be part of a team that helps clients feel safe, supported, and cared for at home. We’re looking for compassionate Caregivers to provide meaningful, hands-on care for individuals with a range of needs. This role offers a mix of daytime and nighttime shifts and includes weekend coverage.

Pay

• Competitive Pay: $16.00–$18.00/hour

Schedule

• Day Hours from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m.
• Evening Hours from 4 p.m. to 8 p.m.
• Coverage needed Monday – Sunday

Strong attendance and reliability are essential.

What You’ll Do

• Assist with personal care: bathing, dressing, toileting and hygiene
• Support safe transfers by actively guiding and ensuring safety
• Support catheter care and frequent brief checks (when applicable)
• Encourage mobility and daily activity 
• Stay actively engaged and responsive during the shifts to ensure safety and needs are consistently met.
• Assist with meal preparation and encourage hydration
• Provide medication reminders
• Complete light housekeeping, laundry and household organization

Pay & Benefits

• Paid training at your regular wage — initial and ongoing training are paid at the Care Pro’s actual wage, not minimum wage.
• Paid time off — available after 1 year of service for Care Pros averaging 24+ hours per week.

• Weekend differential — $1/hour additional pay for eligible work between Friday at 10:00 PM and Sunday at 10:00 PM.
