POSITION: SYSTEMS ADMINISTRATOR – FINANCE & PERSONNEL QUALIFICATIONS BS in Computer Science, Information Systems or related field required Working knowledge of Oracle DBMS administration and PL/SQL Working knowledge of MS SQL Server DBMS administration and TSQL Experience with CSI Smarts Budget/Personnel and Frontline Education software recommended Excellent interpersonal, written and oral communication skills Must be a quick learner, focused and detailed oriented Demonstrated reliability and dependability RESPONSIBILITIES Administer district budgetary and human resources systems: Maintain user accounts and system security Provide support to the school community Implement new procedures and train relevant users Develop and maintain custom reports Work with the associated vendors for implementation and troubleshooting assistance Develop and maintain customizations to applicable software Maintain and administer district time clock system Oversee personnel data related to NJSLEDS: Perform submissions Ensure accuracy of data Coordinate data entry with various stakeholders Develop and maintain custom reports Oversee district attendance management system Ensure data is properly synchronized between the personnel system and attendance system Provide training and support to the school community Develop and maintain automated reports Oversee district Oracle and MS SQL database systems Develop and maintain new databases for the district's custom applications Develop TSQL and/or PL/SQL queries and use reporting tools to develop custom reports in response to user need Migrate data from legacy systems to newly created databases using MS SQL Server Develop and maintain technical documentation for all areas of oversight Perform such IT related activities in the district as assigned by the Chief Information Office Salary: Starting at $70,000 #J-18808-Ljbffr Passaic County Technical-Vocational SchoolsVacancy posted 2 days ago
