Registered Nurse - Neonatal Intensive Care Unit

Schedule
Varied shifts, including days, nights, and weekends.

Assignment Details
Contract Length: 13 weeks
Guaranteed Hours: 36 hours per week

Requirements
- Montana Licensure (Registered Nurse)
- American Heart Association BLS Certification
- Neonatal Resuscitation Program Provider Certification
- STABLE certification
- One year of experience in NICU, Labor & Delivery, Emergency Department, or Intensive Care nursing

Roles & Responsibilities
- Perform comprehensive assessments of patients' health and situations.
- Analyze assessment data to determine diagnoses or issues.
- Develop individualized care plans with expected outcomes.
- Implement the care plan and employ strategies to promote health and safety.
- Enhance the quality and effectiveness of nursing practice continuously.
- Collaborate with patients, families, and healthcare team members to provide effective care.

Compliance / Notes
- Facility reserves the right to cancel three shifts per 13-week contract in the event of low census or other unforeseen circumstances.
- Traveler must live at least 90 miles away from the facility to be considered.
