Job Description

Manage all phases of construction projects, including planning, execution, and closeout. Coordinate with project teams, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure smooth operations. Monitor project budgets, timelines, and resources to achieve desired outcomes. Prepare and present progress reports to stakeholders and leadership. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards throughout projects. Resolve any issues or challenges that arise during project execution. Negotiate contracts and agreements with vendors and subcontractors. Provide leadership and guidance to project teams to maintain productivity and focus.
