What You’ll Do Lead and motivate the car sales team to achieve monthly and annual sales targets. Develop and implement effective sales strategies to maximize revenue and profitability. Oversee the entire car sales process, from customer engagement to delivery, ensuring a seamless and positive experience and satisfaction. Recruit, train, and mentor sales staff to ensure high performance and continuous improvement. Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to make informed business decisions. Maintain a high level of product knowledge and effectively communicate features and benefits to customers. Monitor and analyze sales performance data to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions. What You’ll Bring Proven experience as a successful automotive sales manager. Ability to analyze sales performance data and implement strategies for improvement. Demonstrate ability to recruit, train, and develop a high-performing sales team.
