Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)

Positive Reinforcement is looking for dedicated registered behavior technicians who are interested in becoming Behavior Analysts. We offer concentrated supervision, both direct and indirect to all staff members who want to become BCBAs. By providing over 10% 1-1 supervision on all working hours, Positive Reinforcement ensures you are supported every step of your ABA Journey. Duties Use an online data collection platform to input data during session Implement treatment plans and program recommendations under the supervision of a board certified behavior analyst (BCBA) Create positive relationships with those with special needs and their families Conduct discrete trial training and NET strategies during sessions Maintain a consistent schedule Receive supervision weekly from a board certified behavior analyst (BCBA) Compensation Pay $21.00 – $27.00 per hour. Expected hours 30 per week.
