Quality Assurance Analyst CT

Virtual Vocations Inc

Working onsite in Hartford, CT, the full-time Quality Assurance Analyst CT will design and maintain test cases, execute various functional and non-functional tests, and collaborate with stakeholders to enhance system quality and user experience. Key responsibilities Design and maintain a robust library of test cases for platform functionality Regularly execute functional and non-functional tests, including accessibility and API testing Identify, document, and track bugs using Jira, providing root cause analysis and solutions Required qualifications Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent education/work experience 6+ years of experience in IT operations, programming, or systems/software development 10+ years of experience in QA testing
