Your Responsibilities:
- Handling import and export processes considering customs legal and foreign trade regulations
- Performing tariff classifications and preference determinations
- Ensuring compliance with legal requirements and internal guidelines in the area of customs compliance
- Monitoring customs procedures and managing and monitoring customs-related approvals
- Creating and maintaining process descriptions and supporting the standardization of procedures
- Engaging in technical communication and coordination with international partners, authorities, and internal interfaces
- Contributing to the analysis, development, and optimization of customs-related processes
- Supporting and participating in cross-location activities across various companies
Your Profile:
- Very good English skills in writing and speaking
- Confident and authoritative demeanor
- Strong communication skills and social competence
- Ability to work independently
- Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Very good knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint
- Experience in the field of customs and foreign trade is advantageous
