Patient Experience Advocate

SEARHC is seeking a Patient Experience Specialist to serve as a customer service liaison among patients, families, staff, and leaders. The role focuses on fostering excellent patient experiences and advancing improvements across SEARHC services and processes. The PES will document concerns, coordinate actions in the patient feedback system, and support surveys and complaint management while working with multiple departments.
