Responsibilities

- Design and develop advanced mixed-signal, analog, and digital electronic systems
- Engineer high-speed PCB layouts for DDR3/DDR4, PCIe, QSPI, and other memory/interfaces with strict impedance control
- Architect robust power tree solutions using buck/boost and LDO regulators, ensuring reliable sequencing and management
- Integrate processor and FPGA ecosystems, including ARM Cortex-M, RISC-V, and custom logic platforms
- Analyze and mitigate signal integrity, EMI, and EMC, ensuring compliance with global regulatory standards (FCC, CE, automotive/aerospace)
- Implement and troubleshoot bus protocols (I2C, SPI, UART, RS485, CAN, USB, Ethernet) and ensure seamless system communication
- Leverage advanced lab instrumentation (DSO, logic analyzers, VNA, spectrum analyzers) for design verification and validation
- Conduct root-cause analysis, de-rating assessments, and thermal management for robust hardware reliability
- Mentor junior engineers, contribute to technical reviews, and foster cross-functional collaboration with firmware, mechanical, and software teams
- Manage project lifecycles, create component selection matrices, architectural trade-off analyses, and support scheduling and budgeting
- Develop schematics and PCB layouts using enterprise EDA tools such as Xpedition

Required Skills and Experience

- Bachelor's or Master's degree (B.E / M.S / MTech) in Electrical Engineering or a related field
- Academic/project experience in mixed-signal, analog, and digital circuit design
- Familiarity with high-speed PCB routing, memory interfaces, and power management topologies
- Understanding of microprocessor, microcontroller, and FPGA system architecture
- Knowledge of signal integrity, EMI/EMC, and communication protocols (I2C, SPI, UART, CAN, USB, Ethernet)
- Exposure to electronic lab instrumentation and troubleshooting methods
- Enthusiasm for learning, teamwork, and technical leadership

Preferred Skills

- Proficiency with enterprise EDA tools (Xpedition)
- Experience with advanced root-cause analysis, de-rating, and thermal management
- Prior leadership in student teams or technical projects
