Home Time: Typically, drivers are out for 1-2 weeks at a time, depending on location and freight availability. We strive for weekly home time, although two-week periods may occur. The schedule runs Monday through Saturday, with a full 34-hour reset every Sunday.

Equipment: Our fleet consists of well-maintained trucks no older than three years, including Peterbilt 579s, International, and Freightliner models. All trucks are equipped with inverters, refrigerators, and Qualcomm systems. Drivers can take their truck and trailer home, with secured parking responsibility.

No Touch Freight: All dry van loads utilize 70% drop and hook operations, minimizing dock wait times. Our freight is 100% no-touch, primarily composed of automotive loads for efficient operations.

Pay and Miles: Drivers can expect an average weekly income of $1,350, $1,475, or $1,600 based on their hiring location, with 2,500-2,800 miles driven weekly. The base pay ranges from .45 to .55 CPM, plus a $750 monthly performance bonus for achieving 8,000 safe miles monthly.

Running Area: Our routes primarily cover areas east of I-35, with dedicated drivers having the potential to drive up to 3,000 miles per week. Consistent freight lanes ensure reliable mileage and earning opportunities.

Benefits: Health insurance begins on the first of the month following 60 days. Additionally, we offer vision, dental, life insurance, and a 401K program. After 90 days, drivers can qualify for dedicated accounts.
