CAMERON MITCHELL RESTAURANTS is hiring a SUSHI COOK Located at the corner of Las Vegas Boulevard and Harmon Avenue, Ocean Prime Las Vegas is the anchor restaurant in the 63 Las Vegas development. The 14,000‑square‑foot restaurant features a 2,500‑square‑foot rooftop terrace, 400 seats, three bars, private dining rooms, and a menu focused on seafood, steak, signature cocktails and an award‑winning wine list. SUMMARY OF RESPONSIBILITIES Prepare hot and cold food items, salads, sauces, side dishes, appetizers, and garnishes. Manage ingredient prep and ensure high quality following recipes. Maintain a clean, safe, and sanitary work area. Serve guests with a superior dining experience. ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES Report to work on time and maintain a clean, restaurant‑approved uniform. Prep all food to company specifications, recipes, plate presentation, and quality standards. Apply proper food‑safety techniques, including hand washing, glove use, knife skills, and personal hygiene. Know emergency procedures for the restaurant. Maintain the highest sanitation, cleanliness, and food‑safety standards for prep tables, countertops, refrigeration units, floors, walls, and shelving. Adhere to all safety guidelines and report any unsafe conditions, accidents, or injuries promptly.
