Job DescriptionJob Description$45–$47/hourWe are seeking experienced Registered Nurses (RNs) to join our Float/Transition Team, providing high-quality, complex home care to adult and pediatric clients throughout Burlington County, NJ.As a member of our team, you’ll play a vital role in helping clients successfully transition to care in the home setting. You’ll provide compassionate, skilled nursing care while supporting a variety of complex clinical needs and collaborating with families and the care team to promote safe, effective, and comfortable home-based care.Qualified candidates must have prior experience with tracheostomy and ventilator care.If you’re a compassionate and dedicated RN who takes pride in making a meaningful difference in the lives of clients and their families, we’d love to hear from you.
