Hours & Days: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM - 3:30 PM (No weekends!)

Job Summary

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Janitorial Day Porter to join our team at a premier commercial property in downtown Nashville. In this role, you will play a vital part in maintaining a clean, welcoming, and professional environment for tenants and visitors during daytime business hours.

Key Responsibilities

Perform general cleaning duties including dusting, vacuuming, and sweeping/mopping.
Clean, sanitize, and restock restrooms and breakrooms throughout the shift.
Monitor and empty trash, recycling, and debris bins regularly.
Efficiently organize and put away incoming cleaning and building supplies.
Respond promptly and professionally to immediate cleaning requests or spills.
Complete other general cleaning duties as assigned by the site supervisor.

Qualifications & Requirements

Experience: 1 year of commercial cleaning, janitorial, or housekeeping experience is required.
Physical Demands: Ability to lift up to 35 lbs repetitively and remain on your feet for the duration of the shift.
Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a professional attitude.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Must be able to pass a drug screen and background check
