PAY STRUCTURE: • $0.65 CPM – under 2,100 miles • $0.69 CPM – 2,200–2,800 miles • $0.71 CPM – 2,800+ miles All miles paid (loaded + empty) WEEKLY EARNINGS: • $1,400 – $1,700 (lower miles) • $1,700 – $2,000 (average) • $2,200+ (top performers) BONUS PROGRAM: Stay Out Bonus: • 4 weeks out → +$0.01 CPM • 5 weeks → $250 bonus • 6 weeks → $500 bonus Safety Bonus: • Clean DOT inspection → up to $300 Referral Bonus: • $500 per driver hired POSITION DETAILS: • OTR 4-6 weeks out • Consistent miles • Reliable freight • Dedicated EQUIPMENT: • Late-model trucks • Well-maintained fleet REQUIREMENTS: • Valid CDL-A license • Minimum 1 year (proven experience) • Ability to pass DOT drug test • Good MVR • No SAP/DUI Company Description Our mission is to help drivers find the best possible job option based on their experience, driving record, and personal goals.
