Requirements Previous manufacturing, warehouse, or production experience preferred Ability to lift up to 50 lbs consistently throughout the shift Ability to stand, bend, twist, and perform repetitive tasks for extended periods Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality standards Good attendance and reliability Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment Basic math and counting skills Forklift experience is a plus, but not required Ability to follow safety procedures and production guidelines Job Duties Package finished hardwood flooring products according to company specifications Inspect flooring products for defects, damage, and quality concerns before boxing Apply labels and prepare products for shipment Stack boxes and assist with palletizing finished products Maintain production pace while ensuring accuracy and quality standards Operate basic packaging equipment and hand tools as needed Keep work areas clean, organized, and safe Report quality, safety, or equipment concerns to supervisors promptly Assist with additional production and warehouse duties as assigned Staffmark is an equal opportunity employer.
