Dispatcher – Drive High-Volume Fleet Logistics for Global Transloading, LLC

Job Overview:

The Opportunity:

You will serve as the operational nerve center of high-pressure fleet logistics, driving movement across major heavy construction sites. This role puts you in control of critical daily scheduling, allowing you to turn complex transportation challenges into seamless daily wins. You will thrive in a fast-paced environment backed by modern software systems and an energetic field team.

How You Will Make an Impact:

• Dispatch heavy equipment and specialized fleet assets to optimize daily delivery schedules across active job sites.
• Leverage advanced computer software to track real-time fleet routes and solve routing bottlenecks immediately.
• Direct field drivers, mechanics, and site managers clearly under fast-changing operational conditions.
• Maintain rigorous accuracy in scheduling logs, work orders, and digital dispatch documentation.
• Monitor driver hours and equipment availability to ensure full compliance with operational standards.
• Communicate constant project updates to project managers and clients to ensure on-time delivery.

Required Qualifications & Experience:

• 5 or more years of related dispatching experience within heavy industrial or construction sectors.
• Outgoing personality with strong detail orientation and high resilience in fast-paced environments.
• Advanced computer proficiency and proven mastery of digital dispatch or routing software.
• Excellent interpersonal skills to lead and collaborate effectively under high-pressure scenarios.
• Prior experience coordinating union drivers or multi-sector civil construction logistics.
