Senior Field Marketing Manager - Ischemic Stroke, NA - Remote

Senior Field Marketing Manager – Ischemic Stroke (NA) – Remote, Hybrid, or Onsite role focused on sales enablement, field training, and customer engagement, partnering closely with sales teams to drive product adoption and support physician education. Responsibilities Develop and execute regional marketing strategies aligned with the Annual Marketing Plan and business objectives. Serve as primary marketing liaison for regional sales teams, maintaining communication and aligning messaging with broader marketing and commercialization strategies. Provide sales enablement through deep product, clinical, and competitive knowledge, supporting customer interactions, objection handling, product promotions, incentive programs, and sales training initiatives. Analyze regional sales, market, and customer data to identify growth opportunities and tailor go‑to‑market strategies. Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, key opinion leaders, and regional faculty through in‑market engagement, industry meetings, and trade shows. Collaborate cross‑functionally across sales, marketing, downstream, and MarComm teams to enhance customer experiences and support industry meeting strategies. Capture and communicate Voice of Customer and Voice of Sales insights, including competitive activity, customer needs, market trends, and commercialization opportunities to influence product positioning and portfolio strategy. Align customer acquisition, retention, and marketing resource allocation decisions with overall business goals and stakeholder priorities. Qualifications At least 6 years of work experience. Bachelor’s degree required. Minimum 3 years of experience in marketing, sales, or sales enablement (medical device experience preferred). MBA preferred. United States of America residency required. Benefits and Compensation Annual pay range: $102,600 – $222,300 USD (varies by location). Estimated travel: 50% of the time. Work Flexibility Remote, Hybrid, or Onsite arrangement possible.
