Required qualifications include an associate’s degree in surgical technology or successful completion of an accredited surgical technology program, plus Basic Life Support (BLS) certification within 90 days of hire. Experience in trauma, orthopedic, acute care, or neurological surgery is recommended, along with proficiency in electronic medical record (EMR) systems and robotic equipment.
