Physical Therapist (PT) – PRN
Location: New Bloomfield, PA
Premier at Perry Village is seeking a PRN Physical Therapist (PT) to provide high-quality rehab services in a flexible, as-needed role within a skilled nursing setting in New Bloomfield, PA.

Your Responsibilities:
Deliver evidence-based physical therapy services within your scope of practice
Participate in evaluations and assist in developing personalized treatment plans
