Location & Schedule Facility: Webster Medical Center Location: Webster, SD Address: 1401 1st St W, Webster, SD 57274, USA Shift: 12‑hour rotating shifts (6:30 AM–7:00 PM or 6:30 PM–7:00 AM), three shifts per week, every other to every third weekend Job Schedule: Full time Weekly Hours: 32.00 Salary Range: $33.50 – $48.00 per hour Department Details Join a diverse, tight‑knit, and family‑friendly work environment on the Medical/Surgical unit. Work alongside physicians and patient care technicians in a newly remodeled facility. Features include a 25‑bed critical access hospital, flexible self‑schedule, shift differentials, and a wide variety of nursing experience. Responsibilities Plan and coordinate patient care, assessment, education, triage, and other nursing interventions. Collaborate with colleagues, including physicians, to plan, implement, and evaluate care. Empathetically care for patients during all stages of preventive services, health maintenance, diagnosis, treatment, and follow‑up throughout the continuum of care. Demonstrate competency and use comprehensive nursing expertise. Qualifications Graduate from an accredited nursing program (AACN, ACEN, or NLN CNEA). A Bachelor’s Degree in nursing is preferred. Must hold an unencumbered RN license with the State Board of Nursing where the practice of nursing is occurring, or possess multistate licensure under the Nurse Licensure Compact.
