Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) & Registered Nurse (RN) Location: Henderson, KY 42420 Position Overview We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Licensed Practical Nurses (LPN) and Registered Nurses (RN) to join our healthcare team in Henderson, KY. The ideal candidates will provide high-quality nursing care to patients, ensuring their comfort, safety, and well-being in a professional and supportive environment. Key Responsibilities Provide direct patient care in accordance with established nursing standards and protocols. Monitor patient health by taking vital signs, observing symptoms, and reporting changes to the healthcare team. Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians and healthcare providers. Assist with patient assessments, care planning, and documentation of nursing activities. Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and other healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care. Educate patients and their families on health conditions, treatments, and post‑care instructions. Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment following infection control and safety protocols. Respond promptly to patient needs and emergencies. Qualifications Current and valid LPN or RN license in the state of Kentucky. Completion of an accredited nursing program. Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required; Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) preferred for RNs. Strong clinical skills and knowledge of nursing practices and procedures.
