The work we do building families offers purpose, challenge, and personal reward—and we're just getting started.Opportunity OverviewWe have an immediate opening for an OR Surgical Tech to join our team at RMA of New York in Mount Kisco, New York.Schedule: Part-time hours 20 to 28 hours a week; Monday through Friday; Schedules vary depending on the day (7:00 AM to 3:00 PM, or 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM Eastern Time); Weekend and Holiday rotation.Compensation: $25.88 per hour (commensurate with experience)This role provides the opportunity to grow within a nationally respected organization while remaining closely connected to the patients and teams you support every day.How You'll ContributeAt US Fertility, collaboration is fundamental to how we work. Whether collaborating with more than 200 highly respected physicians nationwide or partnering with colleagues who are passionate about solving meaningful problems, you'll be surrounded by a team committed to shared success.In this role, the OR Surgical Tech will:Prepare and maintaining a sterile field with the required instruments and supplies to complete a designated surgical procedure efficiently and cost-effectivelyPrepare, setup, and scrub for routine and urgent surgical procedures and prepare patients for surgeryObserve vital signsOther related functions on an as needed basisProper maintenance of the procedure rooms and ordering of suppliesWhat You'll BringWe're looking for professionals who bring both technical skill and a deep sense of responsibility to the care experience—individuals who thrive in environments where excellence, empathy, and accountability matter.Qualifications and Skills Include:High School or equivalentA Surgical Technician Certification is preferredMedical Assistant Certification is allowedNational Operating Room Technician Certification (CORT) is preferredAt least one year experience in acute care operating room or assisting in procedures as a Surgical Tech is requiredOpen to non-certified medical professionalsMust be detailed orientedAble to work independently as well as part of a teamSmart, outgoing, organized and enjoy working with peopleExcellent communication, problem-solving and interpersonal skills are requiredBi-lingual language skills are a plus; interest in the field of reproductive medicine is preferredA current BLS/ACLS Certification is optionalMore important than any single credential, however, is the right person.
