About The Bizarre Agency

The Bizarre Agency is a Miami-based face-to-face marketing agency working with recognized brands and nonprofit organizations through live events, promotional activations, and customer engagement campaigns.

We’re currently looking for outgoing, energetic, and people-focused individuals to join our Miami team as Brand Ambassadors.

No previous experience is required. Full training is provided, so we’re primarily looking for candidates who are confident around people, reliable, motivated, and ready to learn.

The Opportunity

As a Brand Ambassador, you’ll represent client campaigns at live events, retail locations, community activations, and other high-traffic locations throughout the Miami area.

Your role will focus on engaging directly with customers, creating positive interactions, explaining client campaigns, and supporting customer acquisition and brand awareness.

This is a fully in-person position and is particularly suited to someone who enjoys meeting new people and working in busy, social environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Represent client brands professionally at events and promotional locations

• Approach and engage with customers face to face

• Create friendly and memorable customer experiences

• Explain products, services, promotions, or nonprofit initiatives clearly and confidently

• Answer customer questions and provide accurate campaign information

• Assist with customer sign-ups, registrations, sales, or fundraising campaigns where applicable

• Gather customer feedback and campaign insights

• Accurately record daily campaign activity and results

• Collaborate with team members to support daily campaign objectives

What We’re Looking For

• No previous experience required

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Friendly, outgoing, and comfortable speaking with new people

• Positive attitude and willingness to learn

• Reliable, punctual, and professional

• Comfortable working in busy, customer-facing environments

• Able to work effectively as part of a team

• Able to reliably commute to Miami/Coral Gables

• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus, but not required

Compensation & Benefits

• Weekly pay of $600–$1,000

• Uncapped performance-based bonuses

Who Should Apply

Location

This is a full-time, fully in-person position based in Coral Gables, FL. Applicants must be able to reliably commute to the office and local campaign locations throughout the Miami area.
