Balanced Wellbeing, LLC is a growing behavioral health organization providing psychiatric and counseling services in skilled nursing and assisted living facilities. We seek a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist LMFT who is Creole-speaking to deliver psychotherapy to geriatric patients in SNF/ALF settings, perform assessments, support care planning, and collaborate with psychiatric providers.
