Field Technician

Job Description Job Description FirstLink delivers functional testing, preventative maintenance, and support for safes, safe deposit boxes, alarms, cameras and banking security equipment. This is a hands-on, independent field role requiring daily travel to client locations throughout the surrounding areas.
Responsibilities
Travel to scheduled customer sites throughout area
Perform functional testing and preventative maintenance on banking and retail security equipment
Diagnose and resolve mechanical and operational issues on-site
Accurately document completed work
Maintain professional communication with clients and branch personnel

Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to learn quickly
Excellent customer service skills
Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle
Professional communication and time management skills
Ability and willingness to travel throughout the area
Experience:
Field service: 1 year (Preferred)
work at your current or previous employer: 1 year (Required)
License/Certification:
drivers license (Required)
Willingness to travel:
75% (Required)
