ABOUT OUR AGENCY: I opened my agency in 2020 and currently lead a team of eight. Before becoming a State Farm agent, I managed sporting goods stores in sales and later worked in data communications. Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my wife and our three daughters, exploring the outdoors, and making memories with family and friends.

I love serving the Pineville, Alexandria, Deville, and Ball communities because of the incredible support people show for one another and for local small businesses. Building relationships and giving back to the community are at the heart of what we do.

ROLE DESCRIPTION:

As a Customer Service Representative with Blake Barbo - State Farm Agent, you will generate the kind of exceptional customer experiences that reinforce the growth of a successful insurance business. Your attention to detail, customer service skills, and desire to help people make you an ideal fit. You will enhance your career while resolving customer inquiries, coordinating with other agent team members, and anticipating the needs of the community members you support.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Establish customer relationships and follow up with customers, as needed.
• Answer customer inquiries and requests.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Dedicated to customer service.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
• Previous customer service experience preferred.

Compensation: $45,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
