MHW Search partners with an investment/development firm to identify and secure discretionary and deal-specific equity for multifamily investments. The role focuses on capital markets, investor relations, and long-term partnerships across Texas and Florida.
The candidate will lead fundraising, develop relationships with RIAs, family offices, pension funds, and endowments, and collaborate with acquisitions, development, and asset management teams to optimize capital structures and driving growth.
