Service Bartender

Bartender We are looking for an experienced Bartender to run our busy bar. The ideal candidates should have strong bar experience, food and beverage knowledge and can work well under pressure in a high‑volume environment. Our Bartenders must be very personable, patient, organized, have passion and enthusiasm for Italian wines and spirits, detail oriented and accurate with money. Responsibilities: Warmly greet guests, take orders, and serve our signature cocktails with enthusiasm and professionalism. Deliver exceptional customer service consistently, ensuring a welcoming and safe environment for all bar patrons. Serve as a Brand Ambassador by engaging guests with information about Carmine’s and Virgil’s locations, and encouraging return visits for special events and catering opportunities. Maintain an accurate cash drawer throughout the shift and complete end‑of‑day reconciliation. Support servers by assisting with table orders during peak times. Follow all beverage recipes precisely for both bar and dining room service. Complete all assigned side work and closing duties at the end of each shift. Collaborate with all departments to ensure a seamless and outstanding guest experience. Other duties as assigned by Manager. Requirements: Experience as a Bartender in a high‑volume full‑service restaurant. Professional, personable, organized with a sense of humor and a strong passion for hospitality. Able to perform at the highest level ensuring excellent service to our guests and our team members on the floor in this fast‑paced environment. Fluent in English. Open flexibility to work various shifts. Knowledge of fine wine & spirits.
