Apply now!Join a leading global supply chain and logistics provider supporting some of the world's most recognized brands.What's in it for you?Elwood Staffing associates are eligible for a comprehensive and competitive benefits package plus an exclusive savings program, including:Medical/Vision/Dental/Rx plansHoliday PayTeladoc (online care)Referral Bonus IncentiveWeekly Pay401kAnd More!Shipping Clerk Details:Temporary position$ 19.00 / hourFull Time work availableWeekend work requiredFirst Shift (Sunday through Friday from 06:00am to 03:00pm)Prepare customer orders by picking, packing, labeling, and staging products for shipment.Verify shipment details against invoices, purchase orders, and shipping documents.Create shipping labels, packing slips, manifests, and other required paperwork.Enter and update shipment information in warehouse management systems.Coordinate with carriers and drivers regarding pickups, deliveries, and shipment status.Load and unload trucks using pallet jacks, hand trucks, and other material handling equipment.Inspect products for damage and report any discrepancies or quality issues.Maintain accurate shipping records, logs, and inventory documentation.Assist with inventory counts and warehouse organization.Shipping Clerk Qualifications:Previous warehouse, shipping, logistics, or distribution experience preferred.Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.Ability to accurately complete shipping documentation.Basic computer skills and ability to learn warehouse systems.Ability to communicate effectively with team members and transportation partners.Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while meeting deadlines.Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 50 lbsApplicant may be subject to a background check*A conviction record will not necessarily prevent you from being employed.
