Registered Nurse
We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse for an ICU position specializing in liver care. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of three years of nursing experience. Experience in liver transplant care is essential. Applicants should possess valid certifications in ACLS and BLS. Experience with Epic charting is mandatory. Charge experience is preferred but not required. Candidates should be prepared to work night shifts. Patient ratios will be maintained at 2:1 for both days and nights. The nursing team will provide care for adult and geriatric patients. Daily census will involve managing up to 15 patients with a focus on postoperative liver transplant recovery. The position requires the ability to float within the unit as needed. Candidates must be able to demonstrate proficiency with the necessary skills related to ICU nursing. All candidates must adhere to infection prevention protocols and isolation precautions. Team collaboration includes working with interdisciplinary support teams. Travel experience is required for this position. A Bachelor of Science in Nursing is preferred. Candidates will be required to complete any mandated training modules as part of the onboarding process.
