Receptionist

Full-Time Receptionist Position

With over 40 years of legal experiences in Real Estate Law, McCabe, Weisberg & Conway, LLC has an immediate opening for a full-time receptionist in our Westmont, NJ office supporting calls for all of our offices firm wide. Responsibilities may include, but are not limited to:

• Answer multi-line Teams phone system and transfer calls to various firm office to specific Legal Assistants and Attorneys
• Collect, track, and document all incoming and outgoing legal packages based on firm's guidelines
• Assist with mailing for office departments and daily mail pickups
• Manage office supply inventory and ordering supplies
• General administrative and clerical support assigned by Team Leads or Attorneys

We are looking for a team member who possesses a strong professional demeanor with specialization in organizational and documentation. The willingness to work meticulously to ensure the quality of work and a self-starter is a must. This position requires a minimum of 2 years of high-level administrative experience working within an office environment. Successful candidates must be comfortable using Microsoft office and be extremely organized.
