Warehouse Associate – Oakdale, CA

Pay: $23.00 per hour

Available Shifts:

• 1st Shift: 6:00 AM – 3:00 PM

• 3rd Shift: 10:00 PM – 7:00 AM

Position Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Warehouse Associate to support shipping, receiving, inventory management, and transportation operations in a fast-paced warehouse environment. This role is responsible for coordinating inbound and outbound shipments, maintaining accurate inventory records, and ensuring smooth communication across warehouse, transportation, and production teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Review and analyze production schedules to create inbound deliveries for finished goods.

• Monitor inventory levels and identify opportunities for order fulfillment and loading.

• Prepare, print, and maintain loading and shipping documentation.

• Communicate regularly with hostlers to ensure safe, efficient, and coordinated yard operations.

• Reconcile inbound delivery paperwork by verifying handling units and resolving missed scan discrepancies.

• Partner with Inventory Control Specialists and Warehouse Supervisors to address and resolve inventory issues.

• Schedule carrier pickup appointments and follow up on late arrivals or missed appointments.

• Coordinate with transportation planners, deployers, quality teams, and production departments to resolve shipping and operational issues.

• Provide daily updates to carriers regarding preloaded trailers and shipment status.

• Monitor and maintain shipping supply inventory.

• Communicate important operational updates to supervisors and warehouse management.

• Perform additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree preferred.

• Minimum of 3 years of warehouse experience required.

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications required; SAP experience strongly preferred.

• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

• Strong organizational, planning, and problem-solving skills.

• High attention to detail with a commitment to accuracy and quality.

• Flexibility to work assigned shifts, overtime, and weekends as needed.
