Kokoro Restaurant in Arvada, CO is looking to hire a part-time Restaurant Cashier to provide top-notch customer service to our clients as part of our hardworking hospitality team. Kokoro is looking for a reliable and energetic team member to work 4 to 5-hour shifts, 3 to 4 days per week. Candidates with availability for both lunch and dinner shifts, including weekdays and weekends, are strongly preferred.

This customer service position pays $15.16 per hour, plus tips , providing an opportunity for additional earnings. Typical tip income varies and can be discussed in detail during the interview.

A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A RESTAURANT CASHIER

As a Restaurant Cashier in hospitality, you are responsible for providing top-quality customer service to those who visit our restaurant. You make our customers feel welcome by greeting them with a warm smile as they approach the register. Using your keen eye for detail, you ring out each customer and make sure that their payment is processed correctly. When handling cash, you ensure that change is accurately counted out and handed back to the customer. You help out other staff members of our food service team with cleaning and bussing tables to ensure our restaurant is always in tip-top shape. The operations of our business run smoothly with you on the frontline, and you love being in a position where you serve in such an important role!

QUALIFICATIONS FOR A RESTAURANT CASHIER

• Experience in a customer service role
• Restaurant experience is preferred but not required

WORK SCHEDULE

This part-time position in food service with our hospitality team works a flexible schedule that includes weekdays, nights, and weekends. We’re looking for someone who can work 4 to 5-hour shifts, 3 to 4 days per week. Flexible availability for lunch and dinner shifts, as well as weekday and weekend availability, is highly preferred.
