Deli and Bakery Manager

Fresh Thyme Market is seeking a Deli and Bakery Manager to lead our fresh, natural, and organic prepared foods and baked goods departments. In this on-site role, you’ll oversee daily operations, scheduling, and training for team members while ensuring outstanding customer service in a fast-paced, community-focused store. You will manage food preparation, merchandising, ordering, and inventory, making sure products are fresh, appealing, and properly labeled. You’ll enforce strict food safety and sanitation standards, support sales and margin goals, and help create a friendly, health-conscious shopping experience that reflects our neighborhood, farmers-market-inspired culture.
