Join us today and make work your adventure.Beech Mountain Resort is seeking a motivated Ticket Cashier to assist guests with ticket purchases and information. As the first point of contact for many of our guests, you will play a crucial role in providing excellent customer service and ensuring a positive start to their experience at the resort.Responsibilities:Operate the cash register and handle cash and credit card transactions for ticket salesProvide guests with information about the resort, activities, and ticket optionsMaintain the cleanliness and organization of the ticket boothProcess reports, credit receipts, and cash handling with accuracyAssist guests with any ticketing issues or questions and resolve complaints as neededEnsure a smooth and efficient guest flow at the ticket boothRequirements or Qualifications:Experience in customer service or retail is a plusProficiency with computers and cash handlingStrong communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to multitask and work in a fast-paced environmentMust be able to work weekends, holidays, and during peak periodsReliable transportation required with the ability to navigate snowy or winter conditions
