The Food Production Supervisor oversees night shift operations in beverage and mixed food production environments, managing a team of 16-30 employees. This role ensures efficient production scheduling, maintains high-quality standards through regular coordination with quality assurance teams, and upholds safety compliance across the facility.

Responsibilities

• Schedule and coordinate production activities to meet operational goals
• Supervise and guide a team of 16-30 employees during the night shift
• Implement and monitor quality control measures in collaboration with quality assurance teams
• Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies
• Manage inventory to support continuous production
• Provide training and development opportunities to team members
• Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency
• Prepare and submit production and operational reports
• Allocate resources effectively to optimize workflow

Preferred Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in food production supervision
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Food Safety Certification
• Knowledge of food safety regulations
• Experience in production planning and team leadership
• Understanding of quality assurance and inventory management
• Familiarity with equipment operation
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and time management skills
