Short Description The Pharmacist provides review of medication therapy regimens for accuracy of dosing to ensure optimal safe and cost effective therapeutic regimens. xmvmafu Experience Required 3-5 year's experience preferred. Education Requirements Doctorate Degree Required License/Certification Requirements New Jersey Pharmacy license (or eligible for licensure within 6 months) PGY-2 required Board Certification Pharmaceutical Specialty (BCPS)
