Administrative Manager (RN) - Per Diem, Nights - Atlantic Health Chilton Medical Center

Overview Administrative Manager . Responsible for providing key business advice to internal clients and stakeholders on all administrative matters. Oversees daily activities of providing administrative support, including workload management, training and professional development, adherence to guidelines, policies, and procedures. Ensures outstanding service delivery by building relationships, communicating effectively, and cultivating strong team performance. Principal Accountabilities Manages the daily activities of an administrative team to ensure effective and efficient service delivery. Analyzes internal processes and plans, and implements procedural and policy changes to improve operations. Builds and maintains effective internal client relationships across multiple office locations with key stakeholders. Builds clear business objectives and guides the work of others using problem-solving skills to address complex service challenges. Collaborates with other service lines in support of efficient and well-coordinated service delivery. Conducts training sessions for new employees. Performs other related duties as assigned.
